This bean is easy to roast and get the profile we enjoy most. We're only on our 39th roast in a Poppo air popper with a sleeve in it. To get this roast perfect (for us), we end at about 5:30 based on the ambient temp (we roast outdoors), and fan cool it and tah-dah! Delicious cup of chocolate forward, smooth comfort coffee.
