I sent out 2 emails to cancel my order due to delay shipping. Why did I receive the order ? Not only did I receive it its not complete. I was suppose to receive 2 bottles and only received one. Communication is key. If i asked ro cancel it that should of been done. Besides theres no communication the order is short!!! Not happy at all with poor communication someone needs ro solve this promptly.

I wish i could give zero stars since only half the order was shipped and their customer service is horrible and they would only refund a small portion of the purchase price.

This company is a crock. I have written them 28 back and forth messages to get their return address to send back this product. First off they do not tell you it is from China. They have offered small percentages of money back and said i dont need to return. I want to pay to return. Thet also said I’d get a full return authorized once they receive back and to let thrm know when i got it. They will not provide me an address to return. They do not honor their money back guarantee. I reported this as a dispute charge to my credit card company.
