It was much too painful even on the lowest setting to enjoy. Then I bought the 1” pad and I’m just now learning how to get the relaxing massage I hoped for. Still learning how to best navigate to the massage I want. Starting to see back pain being eased through use of the chair.

Excellent product. Hopefully, it will last for a long time for us. Scheduling, notifications, delivery, and assembly worked out really well for us. All the massage features are perfect for us and exceed our expectations. The height of the foot rest adjustments are great and automatic. Even my husband loves it, who never wanted to take a full body massage ever. The foot massage is excellent too! I am curious about the 'Senior' massage feature and the kidney area massage. It really helps with the overall circulation of body fluids, regardless of the options you choose. For both of us it was an excellent investment.
