REDUCE BACK PAIN

I have to been using the chair for 2 weeks. It reduce my back pain. It comes with remote screen and voice control. The only suggestion is that the chair should go back to resting position after your done using it.

There are a few minor issues that I need help with.

Hello, I received the massage chair, and my husband and I use it about twice a day. We've noticed that every time we select a program, the massage chair automatically shuts off during the massage. After shutting off, the chair doesn't adjust back to the sitting position from the reclined position. We have to turn it back on and manually adjust the chair back to its original position. We're also unsure whether the chair shuts off automatically after the massage program is completed or if it shuts off while the program is still running. How can we resolve this issue?

At first we had some hesitation buying a product without being able to try it first. But our sales representative Tuan answered all questions and concerns honestly over the phone and now we an excellent 4D massage chair. It has so many preset massage modes to choose from. We love our new massage chair!
