I’m disappointed in the voice feature turning chair on from the TV being on in the same room

The voice software should be improved The chair goes on by itself without being commanded , there is nobody in the chair

Great chair, poor software.

The chair takes off on its own just as soon as the power button is pushed without letting the user select the user, mode, or other settings. Also, it doesn’t automatically go back to to the floor when a massage is done unless you push the power button again. The chair is awesome for its massages, but poor software.
