This chair is better than I thought it would be. The rail does a very good job of getting back and even glutes. The compression for arms and legs is also very effective.

I love the chair but there are a few caveats. The rollers in lumbar area are rough. The pillow on top keeps flipping back and the area where arms and hands go should have been smooth leather rather than leather with bumpy dots. I’ve had to order a chair cushion pad for more comfort. Otherwise it’s nice for the price. Love the Bluetooth speaker.

The chair is amazing for the price point and was delivered well. Though it’s difficult and extremely heavy and doesn’t disassemble easily if you want to make it fit for your bedrooms. It will not fit in standard 28-29 inch wide doors and areas with turns to the bedroom. We settled to keep in the living room and are okay with it.
