I use it for fire school mostly during fire survival and search & rescue where im constantly moving on my knees and theyve helped me save my knees, great purchase and ive told my friends to buy these too

Works well

I bought two of these after I messed up my right knee so I could still train in jiu-jitsu. They work as advertised and are surprisingly comfortable for a knee brace.
