Customer Service FTW

Pros: Works great, very satisfied so far. Customer service is excellent. Cons: The unit I initially received was defective. I spent a ton of time troubleshooting the unit I received. I reluctantly reached out to customer service after hitting a dead end, but that really should have been my first step. The person that got my email immediately reached out and had everything in order to send out a replacement. The replacement was sent out quickly and worked out great (so far).

Best thing since sliced bread

Our new roll up dog door is fantastic as we no longer need to leave a door open during the cold winter weather. It took our dogs about one minute to work out how it works and they are very happy with their 24/7 access hatch

Everything went well, super quiet, I like it so far and so does Stetson. Had a minor glitch, I had an overnight trip and during the trip we experienced thunderstorms in Houston, and I am not sure if we lost power, but when I got back to the house the collar was not working to open the door. I tried the AP and when I open the door it would open but when it tried to close it would go down then back up, went back and forth like that until i would stop it with the AP on the phone. Finally, I unplugged it and took the back-up battery out and left it like that overnight. It seems to have corrected the issue, but I am keeping my eye on it.
