My English Bulldog puppy adores this thing!! He climbed right in and burrowed like “this is mine!” It’s the perfect size, and looks much nicer in my living room than his old bed. Love that he’s not touching the hard floor. Thank you!

Great Bed & Great Customer Service!

My dog loves her new K9 Cloud bed...I love their Customer Service! I had immediate confirmation of my order & then received our new bed within a week. After I first unpacked it, I let it rest to fluff up. When I put the bed in place, my dog rooted around & appeared to be trying to arrange the inner pillow...it didn't look as firm & supportive as the website photos. I left an email message for Customer Service explaining the circling and pawing routine my dog would go through trying to get settled, asking for their suggestion to help make my pup more comfortable. I had a response within 24 hours and a new bed within days! They asked for a photo of the care tag, which evidently contains a code that told them where the first bed was assembled. They said my dogs comfort was their number one priority & would be sure their product standards were stressed with the employees at that site. My dog & I could not be happier with Muddy Mat ~ they are a company that really does care & they stand behind their product!
