Honest people, excellent customer service.

Product is worth the price. I had an issue when one of them didn’t work and they sent me a new one in place of it. The new one worked. I got the other one at the Home Depot and I think it was just maybe old in the battery had gone bad. but the customer service was excellent

When my family come over all the dogs can have a MS-5 to come in and out,witch would be 5 dogs

Great product. Our automatic pet door is a life saver and the collars work great. The last one we ordered was to replace one that was broken by human error. We have 2 more dogs and their collars have never had issues.
