Chews came packaged in a bag because current tariffs prohibit Bark from using boxes. So, 80 percent of chews were crushed and broken due to shipper tossing them around, and the weather being extra hot probably softened them too. They said a new shipment would arrive in 5-10 business days. Good customer service. Been 5 business days as of today. Another 5 to go.

Love these for my dog . They are easy to break up and easy for her to chew .

Dogs do not like them.
