I haven’t installed hair as of yet however the hair smelled really bad when I opened the packages, which is rare not sure if this year is old or not however, it smelled horrible. I did wash it and soak it and vinegar and it doesn’t stink anymore however, hope it installs well.

These bundles were trash when I received them the hair bundles stink so i washed them and thw smell was gone… I installed the hair on saturday and the hair was trash the bundles was full of small cut off pieces that could not be used and whwn i reached out to customer service it nobody you can speak with and yhe return policy is no returns so im out ofy money and tye hair was unable to be used…

Love the hair definitely will purchase again
