This is my first time wearing a shaper. It wasn’t uncomfortable at all. Aside from me hating thongs this was a good buy. I would however size down. I weigh 180 and my size varies from 10/12 my bra size is a 40e. I sized up to an XL because of my boobs but I would have been ok with a L. I’m 5’4 for reference.
