I would definitely recommend this product as it did help reduce the amount of time it took to take my braids out. The additional hooks aren't as sturdy as the rest of the product because one of them did break the first time I used it.

Easy to use

Great product. Easy to use. You do need to make sure to use plenty of the detangler, which works well and smells great. I do wish the bottle was a bit bigger. 30 dollars for a 5oz bottle for those like myself that keep protective styles.

Worked great, was fast and virtually no pain for my tender headed kid

Single Dad here. My kid is very tender headed. I used the brush, the solution on the braids and a AI created solution for the roots/scalp part on natural two-strand twist that had been in for way to lone. No tears and very little pain. It took about two hours the first time. She no longer fears having her braids taken out.
