Comfortable but some issues

Let me start by saying that the comfort of the seats is great. They are plush and sustain their shape well. That being said, the installation was a mess. Other than some videos they provide to you with extremely generic guidance that isn't specific to the seat configuration you bought, you are pretty much on your own. Additionally, the covers were an extreme struggle to get over the appropriate bases and velcrod appropriately. On more than one seat, I was unable to get the fabric fully stretched to hide the base completely, making it look cheap. The pillows are great, the seats are great, but for the price, I was extremely let down by the overall installation and quality. I really wanted to say amazing things based on the price, but I am extremely disappointed.

Quality Couch

We have gone through many couches in our 35 years of home ownership and is by far the best. It took some time to get but was worth the wait. Buy with no regrets and quality with the easy to screw in sectionals, make it easy for DYIers.

Requires assembly

Good quality materials, seem durable. Had a great shopping experience when we purchased…. We were VERY shocked upon discovering it requires ASSEMBLY. We were not told of this AT ALL at purchase time. Came in 17 boxes! 5 hours of extreme frustration. Getting the fabric on just right is horrible. Like why. Would never buy again for that reason. ESP since rep did not inform us- sneaky. Of course you can pay for assembly - factor into cost.
