I’m in love with this dress!!

I wasn’t sure of this dress at first because of all the volume but once I discovered that you could have tiebacks, it was a winner!! I love that you can also have pockets because who doesn’t love a pocket. I went with my trusty snaps instead of buttons as I’m not a fan of buttonholes.

I will try tomake the facings wider at the top of the dress. I do not like to see the underside of the fashion fabric when the dress is not buttoned to the very top. I also do not like an exposed yoke on the inside. I faced the yoke using the burrito method. Worked great. Gave it a finished look.

Take the chance tiered Dress

I have completed the Take the Chance Tier Dress and really enjoyed the process. Instructions and pattern were easy to follow. I have already worn the dress to a concert with comments from family and friends on the fit and style.. Definitely make this one again.
