It's an "Electric Cadillac"
This cart was purchased for a relative who is a golfer. She describes it as having a smooth operation, with the wheels rolling like butter. The cart is lightweight, compact, and easy to fold and unfold. It is not heavy, even with the battery and seat installed. The cart is compact and fits inside a 2014 TOY Avalon with room to spare for clubs, shoes, and other items. She likes the cart. However, she did have a few issues with the cart: 1. The accessories are all attached to one part of the cart, which means you have to choose which one you want to use. The area where the accessories are attached should be better designed. For example, you can't simultaneously use the remote, phone holder, or scorecard holder. You will have to choose which one to use and do without the other two accessories. It should be a dual connector where you can connect accessories to both sides of the arm. The cup holder is the only accessory that does not impede other accessories. It would be best if you didn't have to choose which accessory to use for something that costs this much. 2. Cup holder: cheap plastic and does not do well in securing a water bottle inside the holder. If you hit a bump, the water bottle holder pops off where it is located. Where it is secured, you can't get it tight enough that it won't pop off the cart. Recommend a better quality holder. 3. The manufacturer should consider whether some accessories are necessary. For example, the scorecard holder is not really something you have to use. Because of technology, there are many apps available that can replace having the scorecard accessory. 4. The main complaint is the iPhone connectivity issues. It does not connect to the GPS display. This is problematic because the user will need to have a backup GPS device (in this case, a GPS watch) because the cart's GPS feature can't be used. You can't be very mobile if you keep going back and forth to the cart to view the GPS screen. It's just not very convenient or efficient if you don't want to have the cart with you at every ball location. The cart shouldn't have been brought to market without iPhone connectivity issues being worked out. 5. The umbrella holder should be on the steering column because the current location does not allow coverage for both the user and cart and appears only to protect the cart from rain.
