More power
I have not used it enough to give a thorough review I am still getting used to the awkward feeling of swinging correctly. I have noticed more power and farther drives. I still have some issues keeping the balls in the fairway.

Swing trainer
Product is good quality and have been using for a week. Product works well in keeping the elbow close to the body while being able to complete full swing. I can feel the elbow falling into the slot and great ball contact.
