Cybercart + Sidekick (Auto Follow Caddy)

Have used this 4 times so I am still in the honeymoon phase. I'm new to electric carts so I am really enjoying walking more without the effort of handling a manual cart. I have tackled one difficult course that I would have never considered walking before and the cybercart worked like a charm. Manual controls are responsive, cart is stable, battery usage seems reasonable, about half of a charge used on a flat course, about 70% used on a hilly course. No problem handling my cart bag. The USB charge cable port on the battery is a nice feature to keep my phone charged during the round. Some issues and concerns (mostly minor): 1)Tried to place a stand bag on it and it would not seat fully on the bottom holder. Stand bags vary so others might fit. Be aware if you want to use a stand bag. 2) I also bought the sidekick but have not used it as the clip is too tight to fit on the front of my bag where the lip is about 1/2 inch wide. 3) The mesh storage bag is on the smaller side. 4) The upper bag support bracket that holds the bag in place is a molded piece of plastic; it will probably break if the cart tips the wrong way. 5)I bought a seat and after two rounds went to install it. To my surprise, I found that the locknuts on the screws holding the wheel pivot plate were all very loose and one had fallen off. There is a small note somewhere to periodically check and tighten screws but I was very surprised for the need to do this after only two rounds. Contacting Alphard for replacement nuts the response was "we don't have that, we suggest you go to your local hardware store." I ended up using a nut from the seat kit, but am now still one short. Seat installation will have to wait.

Holy smokes. Had a Bat Caddy last 4 years just got this cart difference is night and day. Smoother operation more responsive holds bag in place way better. Best cart I have ever owned.

The CB Sidekick feature is difficult to master. At times it seems to get lost causing the cart to spin in a circle or go in the opposite direction. Is there a more detailed instruction manual or troubleshooting chart available?
