V2/V2Pro Battery

Once again, Alphard's customer service is second to none. I had a battery not getting a full 18 and one email sent and a replacement was being sent out. Makes me one happy customer and one loyal Alphard loyalist.

Was having trouble with a battery shorting out. Got a new battery and it solved the problem. Also installed the new wheelies. Tricky to get installed but finally got it. They should give you extra screws and nuts because it’s easy to strip them. But now, the cart is quieter and rolls much smother. Working very well now. Good to go!

After confirming my order, the battery arrives in a timely fashion. I have yet to try out the new battery because of a health issue but hope to within the next two weeks thank you for all your help.
