Axglo E5 Follow Me Electric Golf Push Cart

My e5 unit would definitely be a full five stars if I didn't have all these issues with the control and the warranty department to remedy my issue. My control unit will not reliably make my E5 go forward reliably. I have to hit the forward button many many times for it to go forward. And when I've tried to deal with this with the ax glow E5 warranty department, they just blow me off . They say they tested it but that's impossible because if they tested it they would have realized that what I'm saying is true. At first I thought maybe it was me. Or maybe it was my golf bag blocking the signal to the unit but it is not. There is something else going on. And I can't get nothing out of ax glow. I love the unit though when it runs it's fantastic. It has plenty of power. I just can't make it go forward. It'll turn right it'll turn left it'll go backwards but It won't go in the cruise mode reliably. So I have to find a way to live with it. It is distracting when you're trying to play golf.

I have used my E5 for 2 rounds. It's been very good, but does have a significant learning curve curve, at least for me. I did see a YouTube with nick previewing the E7. When might that be available ? At what price point? Seems the reverse follow and obstacle avoidance would be good. I have a home in Florida, so maybe I would get another cart. Customer service is great from big horn golf

Great cart for the price

I was going to get the Stewart but after considering the price saved, I am glad I purchased the Axglo e5. It did everything I wanted in the, follow me mode. I don’t need to worry of the cart flipping due the gyroscope mechanism, and best part no need for the 3rd wheel stabilizer. Thank you for the ease of purchase and great service Peter Lau
