Arrived way late, but WIRED kept me totally informed, and with valid explanation. I was able--with tracking--to be there for the delivery. That was my only concern. The bike was well packaged.

It's a heavy bike but performs well and has plenty of torque.
I had to set the start strength setting to smoothest to keep the front wheel on the ground when using the throttle to start.
So far, really enjoying the bike
