Whole Buckwheat Flour

Works great for pancakes!

We love the whole buckwheat flour from Homestead Gristmill. We picked up one bag on our vacation to Waco and we polished the bag off in just 3 months making pancakes so I ordered a 3 pack to tie us over! Highly recommend and great quality!

Great for gluten free breads

I've used this buckwheat flour to both feed my gluten free sour dough starter, but also when baking my gluten free sour dough and yeast breads. It raises better when I use this buckwheat flour in my mix of flours that are needed for gluten free baking, and is a great addition to my kitchen! We also like to use it for sour cream gluten free buckwheat waffles! My daughter also seems to tolerate it well! Kathy ZLomke

Love Buckwheat Pancakes!

I love making all-buckwheat flour pancakes with this flour. They have become a regular item in my breakfast menu. I cook a full batch and freeze the extras to pull out and zap in the microwave whenever the mood hits. Great quality product.
