This is great on a cold morning three seasons out of the year. I eat this nearly every morning and I won’t buy any other brand. I make it with diced apples, cinnamon, Chia seeds and half almond milk, half water. I cook it in big batches and then I add different toppings like berries, maple syrup, honey or sliced bananas and it keeps me full for hours and hours. Sometimes I add protein powder or fiber powder.

I can cook with this and have breakfast adding Chia seeds, a little maple syrup, blueberries, flax seeds, strawberries or apples & cinnamon w/ almond milk. Out of all the oats they sell this one is my favorite.
