The packaging of the Wagyu peppered sliced beef appears to be holding a vacuum so if you changed something or changed processing to maintain the package integrity, great job. The Wagyu Gourmet Hot Dogs are my go to for franks or the Wagyu Bacon & Cheese bratwurst never disappoints. Keep up the good work and great customer service!

The best flavor!

The flavor keeps me coming back. Please read the reviews providing constructive feedback about the vacuum sealing of this sliced peppered beef is inadequate for long term freezer storage. I use a chamber vacuum sealer and use 3 mil. bags and very rarely have vacuum leaks.

Great cut of affordable Wagyu beef

I love the wagyu shaved peppered beef, especially for a cold cut roast beef sandwich. I bought 20 last time and stocked up because of the great price.
