Over the top flavor

Simply, I just loved it.

Disappointed

I ordered 4 9-12 oz steaks, of the 4, 2 were just over 9 oz, the other 2 were light, 1 just 8.9 oz the other was 7.7 oz. Paying nearly $110 for 9-12 oz steaks I expect to get at least 9 oz each. I was also not impressed with the quality of beef, these are marketed as Wagyu. While the marbling looked a little better than a supermarket serloin the taste was less than expected, I've got better wagyu from Walmart. This purchase has left me feeling cheated and very disappointed.

Great Meat - All Around

I order regularly from KCCCO and find their meat to be high quality and awesome. I sent their meats to my parents in Michigan periodically as well. I've kept a subscription and enjoy the brats, burgers, steak choices, stew and taco meats, and roasts. The cost is higher; however, the flavor and taste make it worthwhile. I highly recommend you try them. Splurge once in awhile - it's worth it!
