Wagyu Summer Sausage

Tastes great!

Really good flavor and texture. I've had watery summer sausage and some that was dry and mealy. This was the 'goldilocks' texture.

A little disappointing

I tried the Jalapeno & Cheese sausage. I was disappointed in that I thought it would be hotter. The cheese is visible and tasty, but very little jalapenos and very little jalapeno flavor. I was hoping for some "heat" from the peppers. Maybe you could develop a "hot" version???
