Wagyu Chuck Plate Short Ribs

Delicious - Perfect for slow cook!

Love these for my slow cooker! Add wine and various spices and onions along with some beef broth and then sit back and smell the aroma of quality beef short ribs.

They are beautiful. Much larger than I expected! We will reorder😊

I used to be a big brisket guy, but plate ribs are supplanted the them. I liked the full plates Valor used to have, but these are great, too. All I've done so far is smoke them, and they are great. But I need to try braising some, too. (It's just hard to give up smoking.)
