I heard a long time ago the chuck eye steak was a butcher's favorite since it is very close to ribeye and less pricey than ribeyes. I took a chance and was blown away by the tenderness and marbling on the wagyu chuck eye steak. Definitely worth a try and I think you'll be a believer. I'll be re-ordering these often.
