both too big and too small

I was hoping to use this for targeting heat therapy to my neck. I would say I have a very average sized neck and I'm a little on the tall side, but the wrap wasn't long enough to wrap the entire way around my neck, so there's 3-4" of rough and crinkly velcro right under myr chin. It's also too tall/wide to comfortably rest between your shoulders and your chin and is too stiff to fold so there's really no way to wear it without holding it in place with your hands. It is also too stiff to drape it over one shoulder if you wanted to try that. All in all very frustrating since the heating/cover part is nice.

Works Great

The heating pad works great. Even though I paid extra for Priority Mail, it took a long time to get to me.
