A long term value that performs as it should

Our last thermophore pad lasted aver 40 years and was only replaced when it was caught up in a newly acquired automatic recliner. The new pad arrived on time and as promised. We purchased the USA assembled model and the quality is still tops. The modern switch with the 3 selections for heat intensity is a nice upgrade. Lots of other alternatives, but this is a proven company building an excellent product that performs as promised. The ability to source a pad assembled here in the USA was also a welcome choice. Picked up the hand heat muffler pad as well and it works like a charm.

Plug does not fit outlet

I am currently rehabilitating a fractured wrist. My therapist recommended your product for the heat benefits before exercising my hand and wrist. I purchased the large heating pad made in the USA. The plug will not fit into any of my outlets. I have never experienced anything like this. There have been a few times where I have been able to force the plug into one kitchen outlet, which is not a convenient location for use. However, that has worked only a few times. Today, I have reached a level of frustration because once again I could not use your product. I have lived in this home for 27 years and have never had a problem using an outlet. Please advise me as to a resolution. I need this heating pad for rehab. The few times I was able to force the plug into the kitchen outlet, it worked beautifully. The moist heat was as advertised. I am now using a pad that is heated in my microwave and not the type of heat needed. Please help with a resolution. Thank you.
