Hammer Stahl 9" Chef Knife - Damascus Series

True Damascus steel.

I’ve wanted a Damascus steel chef’s knife for a while now. I’ve seen many but never could tell if they were true Damascus or just etched. This knife is a true damascened steel blade. The sharpness shows the quality. It’s pretty amazing. I love the wood handle also and that the blade continues thin the entire length without a bulge on the back end. It’s well balanced and a beauty of a knife. Thank you for the quality of craftsmanship on this knife. My kitchen appreciates it.
