Great for the odd mishap

I bought these to 'erase' my wife's odd forgetful moments with her knew carbon knife that I brought back from Japan - they work great and the variety if grit suited the different belt and grind marks that were left on the blade (it was a relatively cheap knife). Saves going through the process of using abrasive cleaners or putting the knife over the stones. Highly recommend both the product and the store for its ever reliable service
