Tojiro SD Bread knife 270mm

Knife arrived a lot quicker than expected - a pleasant surprise, thank you. It's a long knife that takes a little getting used to the extra length (just ask my thumb and forefinger!). Super sharp. Slices through large crusty bread loaves and delicate croissants with ease and without making a mess or squashing. Does the job brilliantly.

The best bread knife I've ever used

We've had our fair share of quality knives but this is hands down the best bred knife we've ever had, cuts like butter, never rips, and where even the best knives struggle on croissants, the little beauty glides right through without even pushing the edges in or flaking everywhere. I'd buy it for the croissant cutting alone, now looking to add more Tojiro knives to our collection!
