5/5 Stars for the Bells of Steel Flat Bench!
Just gotta say, this bench is awesome. Seriously, the whole Bells of Steel experience is great—fast shipping, even if the box looked like it fought a bear. Everything inside was mint, and assembly was super easy with the clear guide.
The bench itself is exactly what I needed: solid, not too heavy, and can handle a heavy load without any weird noises. Heads up though: this isn't the bench you set a world record on. It's stable, but the feet aren't 'sticky.' When you drive your legs for a heavy bench press, it'll slide a bit (I have a dedicated bench for that anyway!).
The best part? That sweet, sweet 9.84-inch narrow width. It's a total game-changer for exercises like seal rows, traps, and rear delts. The stretch you get compared to those 11-12-inch wide benches is night and day. That's the main reason I bought it. Plus, there's nothing underneath to smash your dumbbells on. I tossed it on a couple of plyo boxes, and now I have the perfect home gym setup for those accessory lifts.
Super happy with this purchase! It does the job, and it does it well. Highly recommend!

Skinny bench
Bench arrived just as expected. Sturdy. Structurally sound. And skinny. I ordered this bench over the others available on the marketplace because it is 10 inches wide. Others are 11 and 12 inches. I have enjoyed the additional stretch on bench press.
Bench was easy to put together. Would recommend.
