Customer Service was helpful but the control box has same problem

I emailed Customer Service with an issue of a loose USB connection resulting in flickering lights in the mask. They were helpful and sent a control box rightaway after I sent a video but the new control box was not any better. The connection is still loose and the lights still flicker.

Replacement Part Purchase

I have the LED mask and the cord / USB insert broke over time so I wanted to replace that without buying the whole product over again and to my appreciation you did have the replacement control module available and it works great. Thanks
