Device may work but it's not ergonomic to use

Hard to use the device because of the shape, you have to sit with your arm up the entire time to hold it in place which I obviously knew but didn't realize how uncomfortable it would be in execution. I think a small flat panel with a strap would work better for spot treatment and in hindsight I should have got the mask, only I didn't need to treat my whole face and only the hairline where I have psoriasis so chose the wand style device. So I am finding it not great to use daily because it has to be held for ten minutes - I have rotator cuff pain so this is difficult. Maybe ok for younger people but not a mid 50's woman who has arthritis and nerve pain. Company seems to be great and the package arrived really fast.

Absolutely fantastic, my skin has really improved, using it three times a week at the moment
