Strong Results, but Poor Design and Usability Issues

The device: A beep or an automatic shut-off after 5 minutes would be very helpful. The LED only flashes orange for a few seconds when the 5 minutes are up—you have to look at it at exactly the right moment or you’ll miss it. The cap was extremely difficult to remove: pulling didn’t work, twisting didn’t work either. After many attempts, I finally managed to get it off—without damaging the device. Customer service was not very helpful; they just said it requires a bit of effort. They didn’t clarify whether this is normal or not. For a device at this price point, that shouldn’t be the case. I assume I would eventually damage it if I properly put the cap on and took it off every time due to material wear. For that reason, I don’t fully close the cap anymore. Results: I’ve been using the device for two weeks now. Immediately after use—and even the next day—you can clearly see the effect. That’s what I call a real glow! People around me have noticed the difference as well. :D I’m excited to see how my skin will look after 8 weeks. Overall, I can say: the device works, and I would recommend it.

Have only used this for 3 weeks. Waited for the summer and strong sun to finish. Upon first using, didn’t realise u have to remove the cap - couldn’t understand why it wasn’t working - haha. It is very warming and relaxing. I had trouble with it on my forehead (large, boney and not flat). The light would keep flashing. I have found it works when the power is turned up to 3 and I do very small sections at a time, and reducing the time to accommodate this. Like others have said, it is hard to see the when the timer is up, so I use the timer on my phone. After the first session I did feel a difference the next day, a nice glow but nothing amazing. Just like if u give yourself a good at home facial. After 3 weeks I have noticed that my “11’s” are softer and my eyebrows appear lifted. I do it once a week in one sessions. Obv. I have not used it for the advised time, so looking forward to see the results then.
