Terrible customer service

24 days ago I purchased several items. One foundation is too dark, and I want to exchange it. I immediately tried to start an exchange on the webiste, which tried to charge me a lot of money for the supposedly free exchange. So I spent two weeks trying to reach someone about it. Finally someone wrote back and said I'd hear from someone else quickly. I did not. I've written more, and I THINK left a message. Soon they will be telling it's too late to return or exchange. I'm writing this terrible review so that maybe someone will be embarrassed into fixing the problem. (BTW, the sharpener itself works fine.)

It's not easy to clean

I found that it hard to clean with how the lid is, it only opens to a point.

Just what I’ve been waiting for

I’ve used Omiana since 2017, including Omiana’s Mineral Eye Pencils. Because Omiana didn’t sell a sharpener,I’ve had to use a sharpener that came with another product. But now you’ve fixed that!
