Loose Powder Matte Eyeshadow - No Mica, No Titanium Dioxide, & More!

Great product but needs shipping improvements

I like all of the products that I have tried including the eyeshadow that goes on well and doesn’t seem to crease. Shipping might need some attention from this company though. My first order somehow didn’t get shipped and I had to contact the company to bring it to their attention. They eventually did ship it to me and were super nice about it. The second order, I ordered two products and one of them was the wrong one. Again, they were super nice and super fast about remedying it, but it was two orders in a row that they messed up. So if you’re wanting to order this for a specific event, order early. By my experience odds are you’re gonna have to wait extra time for them to fix it and reship.

Very Poor Customer Service

I have been unable to open my eyeshadow due to the way it is sealed. Furthermore, I have been unable to get any kind of helpful response from Customer Service. Twice in the online chat, I was promised an email response, but no one has contacted me. I also sent an email asking for help. No answer yet. I'm very disappointed.

Great for sensitive eyelids

I have tried many different eye shadows on my sensitive eyelids and finally narrowed down the ingredients to mica and titanium dioxide, which may be causing problems for me. This is the only eyeshadow I've found that doesn't cause contact dermatitis on my eyelids. I have it in Natural, which I also use as eyeliner, Stunning, Demure (a light base or blending color), and Insightful. The shades go on light to medium (check the shade for details) and are buildable. I suggest wearing a primer that helps the longevity of the powder and helps it go on smoother. 4 stars because it's a loose powder - I'd prefer a pressed powder, but the mica and titanium oxide-free only comes in loose. So thankful I found this eyeshadow!
