Subscriptions

I honestly wish yall would give us a notification before the subscription order got placed so I can make sure I actually purchase what I want...yall gave no option to modify afterwards either. And I had no way to contact customer service about that order to change/edit things. Least yall can do is give us warning before it's ordered so we can actually get what we want/ like... I love your products and so does my boyfriend but it's frustrating when I can't modify an order when I'm broke
