I have some other krakatoa underwear, but picked these up on sale. They are wonderful, even better than the others. They support me very well. I would think these would be great for post vasectomy. I wish I had them when I got mine.

I am real. These are real. Really real. like, really really real. The fit is phenomenal! I humbly ordered the smaller pouch and wasn't impressed. I eventually gave the larger pouch a try to see if maybe it would give some breathing room without being lose and sloppy. BINGO! just do yourself a favor and order the right shh the first time!
