I like the underwater but somehow I was getting a pair every other week.and getting billed before I was receiving the underwater.i though I cancelled both subscriptions.again,I like the product but I can’t afford a new pair of underware every other week unfortunately.the only orher complaints I have is that one cannot choose what pair they receive .nor is that stated anywhere on the website.additionally,new releases/popular items are double or more price wise .who buys a$40 pair of underware anyway? Shave down those margins and see business grow …..

There was an issue with my subscription delivery, the response I got back was beyond expectations. This company truly cares about their customers and making sure they get the best customer service.

They sent me the wrong pair. I called them just to complain and they send the right pair right away. I got the subscription for my husband for his birthday and he gets so excited to see what pair comes next. Excellent underwear and Excellent customer services.
