Pinatubo Trunks - 1.5"

After several years of buying a few pairs of Krakatoa now and then, I realized I was ready to take the leap. The Pinatubo 1.5" Trunks are my go-to's. When I started with Krakatoa, I don't think they existed yet; it was Anti-Gravity and they felt really fine. I really like the there/not there feeling, but I was still shopping around. For a 75 year old guy, the introduction of the horizontal fly was a game changer. I even noticed an upstart brand that copied Krakatoa's design; tried them; not as good. Alex's devotion to his product and his personalization of the customer experience through humor and sincerity is an added pleasure. I recently placed a few back to back orders and threw out the other brands. Thanks, Kraktoa.....

Feels great, looks great!

The Pinatubo trunks are really soft and flexible. No chafing or waistband flipping. I really like the color of the lava red ones. I bought them in medium since I'm on a weight loss journey at the moment. They were supposed to be one of my goal clothes to use but they're flexible enough I can wear them already. I got a large pair of black Vesuvius trunks on the way now. I'm sure they will be just as nice.

I’ve owned and work a lot of different underwear in my days. Typically I’ve owned for standard Fruit of the Loom or Hanes cotton boxers. Krakota are like night and day with anything else I have work. I’ve purchased the Pinatubo 1.5” trunks with fly, and also the 5” boxers with fly. I prefer the trunks but both are extremely comfortable. I love the horizontal fly. These are by far the best I have owned (I now own nine pair). Only complaint is the price, but I have been able to find discounts and bundle to defer some cost. But to me, they’re worth every penny.
