American Wagyu Filet Mignon

Disappointing so far

I have not yet tried the meat. But I must say that the shipping box and containers were about the most unprofessional presentation I ever have seen, Beat up box in a beat up box doesn't really inspire. You had one chance to make a good first impression and the one you made was a disaster. I purchase thousands of dollars of meat from Snake River and was looking to see what the competition was like and picked you. Wow, you didn't come close to their presentation. The quality and taste of the filets remain to be seen. I hope it clears the bar.

Misleading but great quality beef

When I ordered the Wagyu Filet Mignon, the website did not tell me the quantity for each order, so I went by the photo and assumed there were three steaks in each order so I ordered a quantity of 2. I was expecting 6 steaks but realized the order was for "each" when I only received two individual steaks. It may be helpful for others if you put in the description how many steaks are in each order then they won't feel cheated when they receive their order. The steaks were fabulous but as I said, I was expecting 6, not just 2. I definitely recommend your business for quality beef, I would just like to see a quantity in each order on your site. .
