American Wagyu Boneless Ribeye Steak

American Wagyu 12oz. Ribeye

I’m a big fan and customer of Creekstone so it pains me to write this review but there’s definitely room for improvement. As you can see from the photo there was very little marbling even when compared to the Creekstone’s prime ribeye and it was cut to only 3/4” thick- high end steaks should be 1-1.5 inch thick, right? Their prime ribeye has more flavor at a better price. I think the company needs to make some adjustments to make this product meet consumer expectations.
