American Wagyu Boneless Strip Steak

Great steak just not exactly as expected

Never had American Wagyu before and was excited to try one of these. I’m giving it 4 stars even though the one I tried was still a great steak. The marbling and flavor were at best equal to Creekstone prime angus strips (which are extremely good)—maybe a little less on both fronts. It might be helpful to add expected BMS score/similar to description or different options to purchase if there is a range as this one I had was probably on the lower side. Nicely cut and packaged and I will still likely try again in future.
