Shoyu is my favorite, after trying several Kenchan kits, I keep returning to the classic. It is so easy to make, a great weeknight meal! We live in a rural area with no good Asian food near us, so Kenchan has made our favorite food accessible to us! We are grateful.

Authentic Japanese ramen flavor! Rich umami broth, perfect curly al dente noodles & tender pork, chashu. It’s the only Ramen, my mother from Hokkaido, Japan, and I will eat living way out in Ohio. Highly recommended!
