Fantastic!
Brick cheese is new to me but I plan on making it a staple in the house. It melts so well and tastes so creamy. Delicious!!

Marvelous!
First time trying and baking with brick cheese on pizza, instantly became a fan. Friends and family were pleased and shocked at the beautiful additional flavor it added to the pizza. Makes amazing, charred cheese around the edges and bakes differently than low moisture mozzarella. Will definitely buy again,
