Stopped charging after 18 months
While we enjoy the entire system. We have had to replace a charging cord and then the monitor after 18 months of use. Discouraging that the system doesn’t last longer. Customer service did replace the cord for free and provided a discount code to buy a new monitor. Made me hesitant to continue with this system for our second child given his lack of longevity. Picture is clear.

Great product! Greater customer service!
Two years ago at my baby shower, I was gifted the Babysense HD S2: Video Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras. Installation was pretty straight forward. The video quality is pretty clear; although I always wished it zoomed in more so I could my son breathe. The monitor is easy to operate. A year and a half later after my warranty expired, the cameras started making a white noise that wasn’t the featured “baby white noise”. Customer service was easily reached and accommodated me with a free 2 camera a cord replacement. Soon after I started hearing the same white noise from the monitor. Once again, customer service was very responsive. This time, I was instructed to purchase a new monitor and was provided a discount code. Soon I discovered, the monitor wasn’t the issue, rather the cord needed replaced due to a recall. Much like the cameras cords. Customer service not only allowed me to return the monitor with a full refund, but reimbursed me for the shipping fees. I must say, I haven’t had GREAT customer service such as this in over a decade. Replacement was easy
I left the original monitor on the trunk of my sons’s car and he drove to work before I remembered to bring it inside. So glad I could replace it quickly.
